🎉 Summary of the International Tea Bowl Competition 🎉
Thank you for the tremendous interest in our Competition! 💫 We received a total of 145 submissions from around the world — including countries such as Japan, Germany, France, Taiwan, Greece, Italy, Slovakia, China, Ukraine, Sweden, South Africa, Serbia, Finland, Cyprus, Hungary, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Spain, the USA, Vietnam, and, of course, Poland. 🌍✨
85 tea bowls 🍵🔥 qualified for the second stage and will be showcased in an exhibition at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Arts and Design in Wrocław (CSU.CI building, Traugutta 19/21, Glass Box, ground floor). The exhibition will run until October 1st, 2025.
The winners of the competition will be announced during the 15th edition of the High Temperature Festival | Through Fire to Art.
We can’t wait to share with you the artistic interpretations of the theme: Ichi-go ichi-e (一期一会) – One time, one meeting.
