Kalina Bańka and Adam Włodarczyk will run a workshop called “Bakery” where participants will be encouraged to create their own decors in the negative.
They will carve them in plaster tiles. Everyone will have a chance to create their unique picture and take it home after it has been fired at high temperature.
Kalina Bańka was born in 1989 roku in Dąbrowa Górnicza. She graduated from the Department of Ceramics and Glass of the Academy of Art. and Design in Wrocław. Since 2013 she has been an assistant tutor in the Glass in Architecture Studio and the Stained Glass Studio at the Wrocław Academy. She has participated in numerous glass and painting exhibitions in Poland and abroad. She has received a lot of art awards.
Adam Włodarczyk – graduated in 2013 from the Department of Ceramics and Glass at the Academy of Art and Design in Wrocław. He has taken part in a few Erasmus exchange programmes. He studied at Vilniaus Dalies Akademija in the department of monumental painting. He has participated in many group exhibitions. He is now a student of the PhD studies at the Department of Ceramics and Glass at the Wrocław Academy.
