Mohammed El Abd, an Egyptian ceramic artist, will show us a traditional process of making Egyptian paste which hasn’t changed for more than 7000 years.

He will also make a traditional “pit fire” kiln which will give the fired objects an amazing smokey character and a glassy surface achieved by the use of salt.
Mohammed El Abd is a ceramicist and art director, he comes from Egypt. He has shared his wide experience on numerous exhibitions, e.g. in Romania at International Biennale of Miniature Arts BIAMT 2016, in Italy at the 59th Faenza Prize International Competition of Contemporary Ceramic Art 2015, and many others.
